Common troubleshooting of submersible sewage pump

Commonly used submersible sewage pump models are AS\WQ\AV, and the sewage treatment performance is very stable, provided that the right model and material are selected. Professional pump manufacturers will advise users to provide data and then help with the selection. No one is more familiar with the structure and performance than the pump manufacturer. This selection has a long service life and fewer failures. Submersible sewage pumps that have been used for a long time will inevitably have failures. What are the failures? How to deal with it?

1. Low speed of the impeller of the submersible sewage pump: Many customers find that the speed of the impeller is low after buying the submersible sewage pump. This may be caused by incorrect wiring.

2. The submersible sewage pump has low flow or no water: it may be caused by the blockage of the water inlet filter, sewage pump impeller, pump casing, water pipe and other parts, or the water outlet pipe in the pool is broken. When the submersible sewage pump does not discharge water, immediately power off and shut down for inspection and clean up the blockage.

3. The impeller does not rotate after the power is connected, and the winding is burnt out: The impeller or other rotating parts are stuck by debris, which causes the motor to not rotate, the overcurrent protection device fails, and the stator current suddenly increases, thus burning the winding. At this time, you should first cut off the power supply and check the circuit to see if there is a fuse blown or the circuit is blocked. If the circuit is normal, it is likely that the stator winding of the motor is burned out.

4. Leakage of submersible sewage pump: Leakage of submersible sewage pump is the most dangerous problem, endangering personal safety. For long-term use of submersible sewage pumps, the mechanical sealing surface will be very severely worn, resulting in water infiltration and leakage in the motor windings. You can place the submersible pump in a dry environment, then replace the mechanical sealing surface with a new one, and then the submersible sewage pump can be put into use again.
