The KBD agitator pump is a cast iron heavy-duty slurry pump based on the KBZ series, featuring a side-flow top-discharge design and built-in agitator for smooth fluid suction, ideal for transferring or draining bentonite slurry and mixed water in civil engineering, mining, and sewage treatment applications.
Application :
Civil engineering: It provides reliable dewatering and slurry pumping support for civil engineering projects, efficiently handling muddy water, bentonite mixtures, and construction slurry to maintain dry working conditions in foundation pits, tunnels, and other underground works, ensuring smooth project progress.
Mines, quarries, and coal ore operations: Specially designed for harsh mining environments, it can effectively transport coal ore slurries, mine wastewater, and abrasive quarry slurries. Its built-in agitator and high-chrome alloy impeller ensure continuous operation even when dealing with high-solid-content and highly abrasive fluids.
Sewage treatment plants: It plays a critical role in sewage treatment facilities, reliably pumping sludge, mud-containing liquids, and other thick wastewater. The pump’s robust design prevents clogging and supports stable operation in sludge lifting, thickening, and transfer processes.
General pumping purposes: Beyond specialized industries, it serves as a versatile solution for various heavy-duty pumping needs, including emergency flood drainage of muddy water, industrial slurry transfer, and temporary dewatering tasks, offering flexible and reliable performance for diverse fluid management scenarios.
