The DFH-30 Series Permanent Smart Pump Inverter Drive is an advanced solution designed for the precise control and energy-efficient operation of pump systems in commercial buildings. Key Features :
Intelligent Control: The DFH-30 Series features an optimized PID algorithm and intelligent control capabilities, ensuring stable output and silent operation. It can operate single or multi-pump systems of up to three pumps without the need for an external control panel or PLC, reducing energy use by matching performance to demand.
Efficiency and Performance: Equipped with a permanent magnet "ultra-premium" Xylem Smart Motor that meets IE5 specifications, the DFH-30 Series provides efficiency well above a standard IE3 Nema Premium efficient synchronous motor. It can handle extreme environments from -20°C to 50°C without derating performance and is rated NEMA 3R for outdoor installation.
Safety and Monitoring: The inverter drive includes a range of monitoring and control features such as pump shutdown for no flow, broken pipe, and dry run. It also includes supervision and metering tools like automatic test starts, auto smart cycle change of lead and lag pump units, inverter fault signal memory, and an operating hours run counter.
Flexibility and Expansion: With standard dual-channel communication and a three-way sensor power supply, the DFH-30 Series can realize multiple online connections and offers dual analog inputs for rich interface options.
Robust Protection: The drive is designed with multiple protection features to safeguard the pump and connected equipment, including protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and motor overheating.
Ease of Installation: The DFH-30 Series is designed for easy installation and commissioning in new or retrofit applications. It offers easy BMS integration with standard BACnet and Modbus capabilities for single pump systems, ensuring quick connectivity and seamless integration with building management systems.
Aesthetic and Practical Design: The drive fits curves and can be mounted on a backpack, with a junction box installation for user-friendliness. Its flat design is fashionable and elegant, blending seamlessly with commercial building aesthetics.
