The QNS submersible sand pump is engineered for harsh environments, featuring a 4-pole motor, F-class insulation, high-wear resistant mechanical seal, and semi-open alloy impeller, with a built-in lower agitator to stir sediments for complete discharge, ideal for underwater sand extraction, silt water drainage, and pumping abrasive sewage containing quartz sand, slime, and slag.
Application :
Underwater sand extraction & water body bottom cleaning: It excels at underwater sand extraction from rivers, ponds and lakes, efficiently removing sand deposits to clear the pond bottom and restore the water body's depth and circulation. It also supports systematic cleaning of sedimentation tanks, thoroughly eliminating accumulated silt and sediments to maintain the tank’s storage capacity and filtration efficiency, ensuring the normal operation of water treatment and storage systems.
Construction silt drainage & mine surface dewatering: It provides reliable drainage solutions for construction sites, quickly removing silt-laden wastewater generated during excavation, foundation treatment and other engineering processes to keep construction areas dry and safe. For mine surface operations, it handles surface water and sediment discharge, preventing waterlogging in mine pits and ensuring the safety and continuity of mining production.
Industrial mining abrasive sewage transportation: Specifically designed for harsh mining environments, it can pump sewage water containing solid abrasive materials such as quartz sand, slime and slag. Its high-wear resistant mechanical seal and heavy-duty impeller resist corrosion and abrasion from solid particles, enabling stable and continuous transportation of industrial wastewater in mining and mineral processing enterprises, avoiding equipment damage and ensuring efficient industrial operation.
