The Oil-immersed high volume submersible electric water pumps are essential for efficient water management. 1. QY series oil-flooded submersible pump consists of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. It has single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal type, mixed flow impeller, radial guide vane structure and suction flow impeller space guide vane structure; between water pump and motor An integral mechanical seal or a double-end mechanical seal is used as a dynamic seal; an "O" type oil-resistant rubber sealing ring is used as a static seal at each fixed stop.
2. The electric pump rotating shaft is hard chromium plated, which can effectively improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shaft and facilitate the maintenance and disassembly of the impeller.
3. The electric pump motor of 4W and below 4KW is equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically disconnect the power supply to protect the motor in abnormal situations such as phase loss and overload of the electric pump. Electric pumps of 7.5KW and above 5.5KW need to be equipped with additional motor protection devices.
This series of electric pumps are widely used in engineering, farmland, mines, construction sites, municipal environmental protection and other places. They can pump liquids that do not contain fiber, paper scraps, sediment and other solid particles, such as well water, rivers and other solid particles.
It is an ideal water pumping equipment for agricultural drainage and irrigation, water tower water supply, and mine drainage, but it is not suitable for use in situations with explosion-proof requirements.
