The EZA Series is a robust and efficient range of end suction centrifugal pumps engineered for the demanding conditions of the petrochemical industry. These pumps are designed to handle high and low temperature water heat dissipation applications with exceptional performance and reliability.
EZA pump is suitable for conveying clean or containing small particles of liquid, high or low temperature liquid, neutral or corrosive liquid. It is mainly used in the following fields
Chemical and petrochemical
Seawater desalination
Paper making mill
Sugar refinery
Power plant
Pharmaceutical and food industries


Pump Body
Precision casting, stainless steel, flange is in accordance with GB/T9113.1(steel)PN16MPa standard, and can be used in the same level as the following standard flange : BS4504, ISO 7005.1, DIN 2533, ISO 7005.2, rotor rear drawing design, easy maintenance without affecting the pipeline.
Pump cover
Pump cover reserved heating/insulation cavity and machine sealing cavity, through the cooling rinse water, can effectively improve the working conditions of the mechanical seal and reduce the impact of heat transfer on the bearing, increase the stability of the pump group.
Impeller
Precision casting, stainless steel material, excellent hydraulic model combined with CFD optimization of dynamic and static balance test, to ensure efficient and stable operation of the pump group.
Shaft seal
Optional single end face mechanical seal, double end face mechanical seal, assembled mechanical seal and packing seal.
Suspension frame
The bearing combination structure is in line with AP610. The pump end is cylindrical roller bearing, and the drive end is back-to-back angular contact ball bearing. The suspension heat sink with thin oil lubrication can effectively reduce the bearing temperature and improve the operation reliability.
