The ELF3 Series IP65 Auto-adaptable Water Shortage Test Timing Function Wide Frequency Pressure Controller is a sophisticated device designed to control and optimize the operation of water pumps in various applications. Here are some key features and functionalities typically associated with this type of controller:
1. Do not need to set the pressure manually, can insert the pump and use.
Robust compatibility with an array of pump models. This includes submersible deep well pumps for automated priming and accurate monitoring of the pump's maximum pressure, followed by autonomous configuration of this as the "Initiating" pressure at a designated percentage above the peak pressure. No need for manual initiation pressure adjustment within Auto Mode.
Once activated by encountering a pressure level less than the predetermined start pressure, or via a triggered flow switch opening, the pump operates independently. It facilitates an automated priming phase lasting approximately three and a half minutes, effectively enabling efficient initialisation of the unit. (Customised priming durations are available prior to delivery.)
On concluding its designated duty cycle, the pump ceases operation automatically on detecting the closed flow switch. In situations with restricted water availability, the pump operates uninterruptedly for a similar duration before auto-shutdown. The start pressure can be conveniently adjusted using the +/- buttons, accommodating varying operating conditions.
