Description :

The FU3 Series IP65 Waterproof Intelligent Auto-adaptable Controller with Pressure Tank is a high-quality controller designed for efficient and reliable operation of booster pumps in various applications, including garden irrigation.
The controller has an IP65 waterproof rating, which means it is fully protected against dust and water ingress. This ensures its durability and reliability, even when exposed to outdoor conditions or irrigation water.
The intelligent auto-adaptable feature of the controller allows it to automatically adjust the pump's performance based on the water demand. This ensures efficient operation and optimal water pressure, preventing overpressure or underpressure situations. It helps to conserve water and energy by delivering the right amount of water at the right pressure for irrigation needs.
The controller is equipped with a pressure tank, which helps to stabilize water pressure and reduce the frequency of pump cycling. This results in a more consistent water flow and reduces wear and tear on the pump, extending its lifespan. The pressure tank also helps to prevent water hammer, which can cause damage to the pump and plumbing system.
The FU3 Series controller is designed for easy installation and user-friendly operation. System adopting Al algorithm, automatically generate dynamic starting, plug and play. Solve the traditional controller need to select and manual settings according to height of different floors and other problems.

Applications :

Widely workable with different type of pump. Including deep well submersible pump for self-priming, and also automatically sense the max, pressure of pump, and then to set by certain percentage of max.pressure as "Starting" pressure automatically, No manual setting of starting pressure in Auto Mode.

Working Principle :

Auto start the pump eitherby pressure lower than Starting pressure or by flow switch open when starting the pump it allows 3'20"self-priming time to prime the pump in case.(timing can be modified before ex-works)
Stop the pump automatically by flow switch closed.Stop the pump in the case of water shortage, it will
continuous running 3'20",then will stop the pump.Able to adjust the starting pressure easily by+-button,to suit different working circumstances.
